Finally know where your money is.
Every sale, every M-Pesa payment, every debt in one place. Record sales however you're paid, on M-Pesa, Airtel, cash or bank, track your stock and staff, and every sale gets a KRA-ready receipt automatically. Your money lands in your own account, never ours.

Now running in pilot shops across Nairobi
“Half my customers owe me money, and I can't remember who.”
The counter book gets messy, and the debt you forget is money you never see again.
“At month-end I still don't know if I actually made a profit.”
Poor records are a leading reason businesses fail. Nearly half of new Kenyan businesses close in their first year.
“Then KRA wants invoices I never kept, and taxes me on what doesn't count.”
Without eTIMS invoices, your expenses are disallowed and you're taxed on money you already spent.
A huge market, going digital on a deadline.

Record the sale once. Everything else follows.

You record the sale. Paid by M-Pesa, cash or bank, or taken on credit.
Your money
+ KSh 1,250 · M-Pesa
Lands in your own account. Kuza records it, never holds it.
Stock and staff
Unga 2kg · 14 left
Stock counts down on its own. Every sale is tied to who made it.
KRA-format receipt
Created automatically on every sale, with the QR code and CUIN on it.
Your reports
Profit, cash flow, debts and what you owe KRA. Always current.
Your whole business, in your pocket.
Record a sale, however they pay
M-Pesa, Airtel, cash, bank, or sell on credit. Log it in seconds and every sale lands in your ledger, automatically KRA-compliant.

Every sale becomes an eTIMS receipt
Kuza issues a KRA-format fiscal receipt with a CUIN and QR code. No portal, no typing.

Every shilling, in and out, live
See what came in and went out across mobile money, cash and bank, reconciled and settling straight to you. Kuza never holds your money.

The accountant you don’t have to hire
Snap a supplier receipt and Kuza logs the cost and its VAT. Your books stay current, your tax-saved climbs, and VAT/TOT is ready to file. The bookkeeper’s job, done automatically. Got an accountant? They can log in too.

Profit, trends and who owes you
Revenue trend, payment mix, best sellers and debtors, the whole picture, updated as you sell.

Set a monthly goal, watch it fill
Set a sales target for the month and watch it fill as the shop rings up sales, so you always know if you’re on track.

Send a proper invoice in seconds
Build an invoice from your price book, send it by SMS or WhatsApp, and track who’s paid, all KRA-compliant.

Phone, laptop, or the till on your counter.
No new hardware. Kuza runs on the phone in your pocket, the laptop in the back, and the Android POS terminal you already use, printing receipts and scanning barcodes.

You might be wondering.
“I already have a POS machine.”
Keep it. Kuza manages everything around it: your money, debts, staff, KRA receipts and reports. Connectors for existing POS machines are on our roadmap, so your machine can feed Kuza directly.
“Why not just use accounting software?”
Most accounting tools are built for accountants, not shop owners. They don't issue KRA eTIMS-format invoices, don't speak M-Pesa, and don't know VAT3, TOT or Kenyan payroll. Kuza is built for the owner, in shillings.
“Is Kuza a bank, a wallet or a loan app?”
None of those. When you get paid, the money goes straight to your own M-Pesa or bank account. Kuza never holds your funds and doesn't lend. It manages your shop.
“I run a hotel, not a duka.”
Kuza works for eateries too. Record the plates you sell and the supplies you buy, and see your real profit. Recipe-level costing for your kitchen is on the roadmap.
“I have several shops.”
Multi-shop is built in. Each shop gets its own stock, prices, staff and reports, with transfers between them, all under one business.
“What does it cost?”
Kuza is free while you are a pilot shop. After that it is KSh 1,000 a month for a single shop and KSh 2,500 once you have staff and suppliers, plus KSh 1,000 for each extra shop. Larger businesses we price case by case. You pay for the shop, never a cut of your sales, and no card is needed to start.
Every Kenyan business
that keeps a record book.
From the kiosk with a black counter book to the owner running three branches: if you sell, get paid, and answer to KRA, Kuza is built for you.
Priced on your shop, not on your sales.
Free while you are a pilot shop. After that you pay for the shop itself. Kuza never takes a cut of what you sell.
Single shop
You, and maybe one other person.
KSh1,000a month
Record every sale, track who owes you, keep your stock straight, and get a KRA-format receipt on every sale.
Shop with staff
Staff on payroll and suppliers to pay.
KSh2,500a month
Everything in the single shop plan, plus staff and roles, suppliers and bills, payroll, and your full KRA numbers worked out from the same records.
Larger business
Several branches, or one busy shop with a real team.
Everything above across every branch, with payroll for a bigger team and setup done with you. We price it on your business, so let's talk.
Running more than one shop? Add KSh 1,000 a month per extra shop, each with its own stock, prices, staff and reports.
Get a pilot spot.
We onboard pilot shops in small batches so every shop gets set up properly. Tell us about your business and we'll reach out when a spot opens.
Pilot shops use Kuza free. After that you pay for the shop, never a cut of your sales.
